Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) together form one of Dubai's largest residential communities — and an emerging cultural area, where gallery spaces and art programming are gradually growing to meet a large, international and culturally engaged population. Not yet a destination art district. Something more interesting: a neighbourhood in the process of becoming one.
