Business Bay is a developing cultural area in Dubai, sitting between Downtown and Al Quoz with access to two of the city's most engaged collector audiences. Primarily residential and commercial — towers, canal, hotels — it is accumulating art spaces and cultural venues as its population grows. The canal arrived before the culture did. The culture is catching up.
