FOAD HAMZEH X THE LANA
Monumental calligraffiti sculptures throughout The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Marasi Bay — through 30 June 2026
Lebanese artist Foad Hamzeh — known as FH.Visual — makes sculptures from language. His practice sits at the crossing point of Arabic calligraphy and contemporary graffiti: layered, three-dimensional, built around dripping paint that makes the letter feel like it's still moving. For this collaboration, facilitated by JD Malat Gallery, a series of monumental works are placed throughout The Lana hotel in Marasi Bay — not in a gallery space but in the building itself, in the rooms and corridors and common areas where people actually spend time. The hotel becomes the exhibition.
