Basement is a contemporary art exhibition space located between the Europa-Center and Weltkugelbrunnen in Berlin, operated by the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf Department of Culture since January 2023. It presents four group exhibitions annually, showcasing contemporary artistic positions that are supplemented with works from the district's Artothek (art library). The venue is accessible via stairs at the Weltkugelbrunnen and offers free entry during its opening hours.
