Curatorial Ethos
The space emphasizes non-commercial, experimental art practices and community engagement, hosting exhibitions, workshops, and events to revive the cultural legacy of Al Mamzar while supporting Dubai’s local art scene.
Bayt AlMamzar is an independent art space in Dubai’s Al Mamzar neighborhood, founded by brothers Khalid and Gaith Abdulla in 2021. Originally their family home built in 1983, the house was transformed into a creative hub after their grandmother moved out in 2018. The venue offers artist studios, residencies, a gallery, co-working spaces, and a library, focusing on nurturing early-career artists and curators.
