Print Friends

al markhiya gallery presents Print Friends at The Fire Station, an exhibition of contemporary graphic design bringing together artists and designers whose practice explores print, typography, script, and graphic culture as tools of archival memory and cultural storytelling. Each artist was invited to work solely in screen printing, responding to Yousef Ahmad's oil painting Arab Nation Street, limited to a single work using only red, green, and black. Participants include Ananas Studio, Fatimah Emad, Hussein Alazaat, Ibrahim Al Thawadi, Khawla Alshaibani, Kinda Ghannoum, Maryam Al-Homaid, Mobius Design Studio, Mohammad Sharaf, Naïma Ben Ayed, Nasir Nasrallah, Neyla Al-Sayda, Omaima Dajani and Zaid Sbeitan.
