The gallery pursues refined and sensorial curation attentive to the interplay between artwork and space, while broadening international engagement through a gallery-led artist residency bridging local contexts in Seoul with global perspectives. It aims to discover promising emerging artists and collaborate with established artists of singular expression, imbuing contemporary art with new textures.
Ranee Seoul is a contemporary art gallery located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Founded in July 2023 as a house gallery, it evolved in March 2025 into a hybrid space that combines the clarity of a white cube with the intimacy of a private residence. The gallery focuses on cross-over artistic practices across painting, photography, installation, craft, and media.
