Curatorial Ethos
The gallery’s programme focuses on presenting significant works by established and emerging artists in modern and contemporary art, supported by the Mennour Institute which promotes research, education, and philanthropy in twentieth- and twenty-first-century art history.
Kamel Mennour (Matignon) is a blue-chip commercial gallery located at 28 Avenue Matignon in Paris, operating alongside other spaces including rue Saint-André-des-Arts and rue du Pont de Lodi. Founded by Kamel Mennour in 1999, the gallery represents approximately fifty living artists and estates from the fields of modern and contemporary art. The venue hosts regular exhibitions, participates in major international fairs such as Frieze Seoul and Art Basel Paris, and maintains a robust program of off-site institutional collaborations.
