The gallery provides a dual platform to both marginalized and mainstream voices through its programming. Its roster consists of an eclectic blend of emerging and established contemporary artists working primarily within their respective local communities.

Hashimoto Contemporary is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2013 by Ken Harman Hashimoto, with Jennifer Rizzo joining as partner in 2023. The gallery operates two locations: one at 54 Ludlow St in New York City and another at the Minnesota Street Project in San Francisco. It presents new exhibitions monthly, featuring an eclectic blend of emerging and established artists primarily from its respective local communities.
