The gallery’s programme centres on documenting and promoting Moroccan visual culture through diverse painting traditions, bridging academic rigor and naive aesthetics. Founded in 2002, La Qoubba Galerie d’Art is located at 91 Souk Talaa in the historic Marrakech medina, adjacent to the Musée de Marrakech. The space presents contemporary and modern Moroccan art through curated collections and rotating exhibitions featuring over sixty painters. Operating daily from 9:00 to 18:00, the gallery showcases works spanning academic realism to naive expressionism while utilizing its historic riad architecture to frame the viewing experience.
