Curatorial Ethos
The institution aspires to be a point of connection and support for diverse communities brought together by shared cultural needs and creative impulses, drawing on the Slavic concept of 'dom' (house/home) as a center for knowledge exchange. Its programme focuses on museum-grade contemporary projects that engage with ecological, feminist, philosophical, and postcolonial concerns through cross-regional artistic practices.
Dom Art Projects is a private cultural institution located in Warehouse 40, Al Khayat Avenue, Al Quoz 1, Dubai. The space hosts museum-grade exhibitions and installations by emerging and mid-career artists, alongside a bookshop specializing in art and culture. It also operates an artist-in-residence program with three dedicated studios for artistic production and research.
