Founded by Malini Gulrajani in 1996, 1X1 Art Gallery is a contemporary art space located at Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Operating within a 7,500 sq ft facility, the gallery exhibits modern and contemporary art from the Global South, with a roster that includes Emirati, South Asian, MENA-based, and international artists. It maintains a dedicated library and bookstore focusing on South Asian art and literature to facilitate community engagement and intellectual exchange.
