Curatorial Ethos

The gallery’s programme centres on developing the international careers of Thai and Southeast Asian artists through a multidisciplinary mix of solo and group exhibitions, digital initiatives, and active participation in global art fairs. Complemented by an artist residency and a conservation lab, its curatorial approach bridges local cultural narratives with contemporary artistic practices and cross-border dialogue.

SAC Gallery is a commercial contemporary art space founded in 2012 by Subhashok Angsuvarnsiri in Bangkok, spanning over a thousand square meters across four floors. The gallery focuses on advancing the careers of Thai and Southeast Asian artists on an international scale through regular exhibitions, digital programming, and global art fair participation. It also operates an artist residency programme and a dedicated conservation lab to support artistic practice and artwork preservation.
