The Mitsui Memorial Museum is a private museum located on the 7th floor of the Mitsui Main Building in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, which opened in October 2005. It houses approximately 4,000 Japanese and Oriental art and craft works, including six National Treasures and 75 Important Cultural Properties, primarily donated by various branches of the Mitsui family. The institution focuses on special exhibitions and collection displays rather than maintaining a permanent exhibition.
