About
The ICA’s curatorial ethos centers on presenting a genre-fluid programme that challenges the past, questions the present, and confronts the future through cross-disciplinary collaborations. It is committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion, striving to platform creative voices and foster urgent cultural discourse while holding itself accountable through anti-racism and safety policies.
The Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) is a leading space for contemporary culture located on The Mall in central London. Founded in 1946 by artists and poets as an alternative to the mainstream, it operates as a registered charity and an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. The ICA commissions, produces, and presents new work across film, music, performance, and the visual arts.
