The opening therapy of the ALWAHA wellbeing floor, The Sand Bath invites visitors to walk across a soft carpet that, through audiovisual effects, appears as fine white desert sand — each footstep leaving an imprint underfoot. Designed to slow the body down, its rhythm is built to mimic the natural interplay of sand and wind, encouraging visitors to move and breathe more slowly after the sensory intensity of the floors above. It sets the tone for ALWAHA's central idea: that wellbeing and stillness are as essential to the future as any technology.
