Biography
Cuban painter born in Pinar del Río in 1985, trained under realist Juan Miguel Suárez before moving to Havana in 2005. His narrative paintings reinterpret Cuban folklore and landscape through fables and allegory. His work is in collections including the Denver Art Museum, Ogunquit Museum of American Art and Polk Museum of Art. (Source: Firetti Contemporary)
