Biography
Charles Lim Yi Yong (b. 1973) is a Singaporean artist and former Olympic sailor whose long-term project SEA STATE investigates the sea, land reclamation and the shifting borders of Singapore; he represented Singapore at the 2015 Venice Biennale. Their work is presented in Unruly Waters, the flagship exhibition of Rubaiya Qatar 2026 in Doha.
